When our brewer Cameron is not riding around one of his bikes you're sure to find him in his office with the red floors (aka Pacifica Brewery.) He is working tirelessly to make the perfect beer for YOU!
Before brewing in Pacifica, Cameron spent his time honing his craft at the likes of Fort Point Beer Company and Gordon Biersch Brewing Company.
His gravitation to traditional German styles comes from his time at Gordon Biersch where he was able to brew on an early 20th Century German brewhouse where all recipes had to follow German purity laws.
For the last 4 years at Fort Point, he has helped lead the production team growing the brewery from 2,000 barrels to 40,000 barrels, focusing on consistency and quality along the way.
Cameron took a step away from managing a team of 25 to team of one!
